Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a lovely bar area. The staff even helped me with a wake-up call on my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Very friendly staff who always make an effort. Cleanliness and attention to the guests. Nice big room.
The food in the restaurant (beef steak) was not acceptable. Not medium, as ordered and the daughter's food very salty.

Really a (somewhat outdated) typical English family hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice staff. Many weddings/festivals on weekends, so ask for a quiet room or bring earplugs. Access to the beach exit nearby and located in a quiet neighborhood. The holiday madness (but also the restaurants) is more in the center. (Easy to reach from the beach by the way.)
For two adults I find a bed of 150 wide somewhat narrow.....

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and uncomplicated. Breakfast was typically English and sufficient. . Dinner at the restaurant was very good, burgers, pizza, fish, curries.
facility is already very old, there could be a lot of improvements. . Family rooms with 4 beds very small, if everyone has his own suitcase, there are space problems.

Service was good. Staff were polite and helpful.
The beds were far too hard, and although some people may prefer a hard bed,the comfort was not aimed at an average person. The room was in the top floor, but the floors were very noisy,in the corridor, creaking badly.

The hotel was situated in a quiet and tranquil location close to the beach. Offroad parking was a bonus. Easy commute into Bournemouth and shops. The local chippy 'Chez Fred' offers an amazing fish n chips at a reasonable price and only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. We only stayed overnight as we were dropping a friend off at Uni and due to work commitments could not stay to take advantage of the facilities, ie swimming pools etc, but it all looked very inviting. The hotel reception was friendly, efficient and helpful and the breakfast was amazing with lovely views from the restaurant. Lovely weather was a bonus.
Bath was a bit slippy - non slip mat in bath would be nice.
